MI (Mechanical Installation) work
As a subcontractor of ASML Korea, its main task is to "Install and Relocate service" for optical equipment which were manufactured and sold by ASML Korea. The installation period of a new NXT facility takes 8 to 10 days, and 10 days for relocation. In addition, it is providing simple engineering services and 8-line work on behalf of ASML CS (Customer Service) team.
MH (Material Handler) work
Provides "End-to-End material flow for all PARTS/TOOLS" used for maintenance and repair of ASML EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) equipment only. In order to perform this task (we called it as in-fab service), it is required to understand the general process after completing basic training on the entry and exit of goods. Currently, this work is being carried out at SK hynix Icheon and SEC Pyeongtaek site.
